Our client in Spokane wanted to upgrade their small deck as it was starting to show signs of damage. Once we removed the old structure, we built a new frame, and installed new premium grade cedar decking in a picture frame design.
This deck also comes with two sets or stairs, one on each accessible side of the deck. We finalized the project with fascia wrapping and a custom-built cedar railing.
The project was quoted at $21,200, where the most expensive item was the custom cedar railing, at $4,400.
Average Trex Deck in Bothell, WA
This client in Bothell wanted a two-level deck so he can easily access the 1st floor of his home and use the under-deck space at the same time.
The decking is a Trex Transcend in Island Mist color installed in a picture frame design. The railing is a steel cable railing with custom routed railing lighting, and the stairs are switchback style. For this client to comfortably use the space underneath the deck, we installed a Trex RainEscape dry system.
This deck project was quoted at $45,650, where the most expensive item was the steel cable railing with custom lighting, at $13,400.
High-End Tri Level Cedar Deck in Kirkland, WA
For this deck in humid Kirkland our client wanted an extensive 3-level design. We rebuilt the structure and poured a concrete foundation for the hot tub. The entire deck is a premium grade cedar installed in a picture frame design, with custom cedar railing and custom routed lighting. The ceiling is also cedar with can lighting, and we also installed in-step riser lighting for safety and accessibility.
The RainEscape dry system allows every level of the deck to be used regardless of the weather outside.
The deck was quoted at $95,800, where the most expensive item was the custom routed undermount lighting, at $17,800.
